Dental emergencies can be uncomfortable and worrying. At Fox Hollies Dental Practice, we treat urgent concerns with the seriousness they deserve and aim to provide prompt advice and appropriate care based on clinical need.
If you experience dental pain, swelling, trauma or another urgent issue, please telephone the practice during our normal opening hours on 0121 706 4674. Our team will assess your situation and arrange suitable advice or an emergency appointment where required.
Outside of practice hours, patients who are members of Denplan should contact the Denplan emergency helpline on 0800 844 999 with your membership number. Denplan will notify the on-call clinician, who will then contact you directly to discuss your symptoms and guide you on the next steps.
Denplan members also benefit from access to emergency dental treatment at another participating practice if they are more than 40 miles away from home — offering additional reassurance when travelling.
